Throughout the loan process, our field agents provide each client with individualized advice based on their situation and difficulties. Prior to the release of loans, our clients are systematically trained to understand various aspects of their products: pricing, loan repayment procedures, rights and obligations of contracting parties, solidarity between members Group, the importance of proper use of the loan and compliance with repayment terms. al Amana Microfinance also offers training courses to improve the managerial skills of micro-entrepreneurs.
