"Tayssir AlAmana" is a medical assistance service in case of death created by Al Amana Microfinance in partnership with the Saham Assistance group. Medical assistance covers urban, interurban or rural sanitary transport and the return of the insured persons to their home, with a contribution to hospital expenses ranging from 1,500 to 5,000 dirhams depending on the pathology. Assistance in case of death includes the fulfillment and completion of the administrative formalities, transportation to the place of burial with participation fees in the funeral expenses by a fixed amount of 3,000 dirhams. The product "Tayssir Al Amana" covers our customers under 70 years of age during the initial term of their credit. And since 2015, this product is open to the family of clients including the spouses and children under the age of 21 and over 25 if they are enrolled in school. This extension to the family, which is new in Morocco, is accompanied by the renewal of all the services offered previously. The service costs 10DH / month during the term of the loan, and covers our customers after 24 hours of the date of the release of credit .

Medical Assistance which includes:

  • Urban, interurban or rural health transportation and the return of the insured person at home
  • Participation in the costs of hospitalization and cessation of activity (ranging from 1500 to 5000 DH according to the severity of the pathology or the accident). All the pathologies covered by this service are listed in Annex 1 below.
  • Participation in hospital costs of 500 DH in case of hospitalization of more than 24 hours, whatever the nature of the pathology or accident (other than the traffic accident);
  • Payment of a flat rate of 1000 DH for the first time of a serious illness (among the 41 pathologies), upon diagnosis of the disease at the client's home and without hospitalization rules, after confirmation by the medical adviser of ISAAF;
  • Payment of a bounty/bonus of 300 DH for cases of birth of a child of the client; On production of the necessary supporting documents.
  • Payment of a flat rate in case of permanent disability of the client following an accident or an illness, according to the rate of disability.
  • Package of 1500 DH if the rate of disability of the insured following an accident or a disease is stopped between 40% and 75% by a doctor.
  • Package of 2500 DH if the disability rate of the insured following an accident or a disease is stopped at 75% and more.

Assistance in the event of death which includes:

  • Transportation of the body and administrative formalities
  • The contribution to the funeral expenses in the amount of 3000 DH (funeral expenses)
